VAN GOGH in ink
Iam satisfied that i cud do this today and thank CD club for this opportunity
did on my letterhead at office from a pic in google , with my Reynolds ink pen,
and finger...
in some areas, i cud get some shades of black, green and violet in the same colors
when mixed with water ..amazing discovery..Eureka...Eureka...
I am running with my clothes on...

Neer Dosa with Veg Kadai and Chicken Sukha
Neer Dosa literally meaning Water dosa is a crepe prepared from rice batter. It is light type of dosa, an South Indian dish. Neer dosa is a delicacy from Tulu Nadu region( Mangalore) of Karnataka. 'Neer' is the word for water in Tulu and a few other Indian languages.

Katori Chaat
Katori is made up of maida & filled with sprouts,chiwda(chuda)tomatos,chilly,imli chutney.Try it very yummy in taste
cone chaat
The earlier version was katori chaat bt for mom like us who r having fussy eater kids ,we have to keep thinking of some new and innovative ideas to entice them.so make a katori or cone like mold,stuffit v nutritious stuffing like sprouted moong dal,grated paneer,boiled potatoes ,green veggies and do the topping v onion,coriander,green mint chatni,saunth and not to forget haldiram bhujiaits yummmmmmm:p

Firestarter
Roast or deep fry papad.
Add finely cut onions & tomatoes,
chopped green & red chillies, coriander topped with salt & chat masala.

Singhara
Going by what Rohit says, Samosa is called Singhara in the east of India
(elsewhere its a dark color triangle fruit)
My childhood was filled with instances of eating this stealthily.
Now, with nobody minding, it doesnt taste half as good :P

samosa, makes my stomach as chemical imbalance, so eat less samosa....
but its giving gud taste with tea....
samosa's are two types, 1) north indian samosa and 2) south indian samosa....
first one is too hard too eat, very tough material, (50 HRC- HRC meaning pls google it)
second one is somewhat Ok...
But i never forget the time, onion prices so high...that time in stead onion they put cabbage.
that was horrible,it was like a congress govt...:(
