After a poor performance in IPL 2010, Sourav Ganguly wanted to head out for lunch in Kolkata, but crowds of fans were baying for his blood. So he wore a salwar-kameez, covered his face with a shawl and sat down in a bus next to a girl.

Girl: Are you Dada?

Sourav: How did you know?

Girl: Because I am Ajit Agarkar!

The safe bet,salwar kameez

When you don't want to dress up too much (saree) or too casual ( jeans) the salwar kameez comes to the rescue.Its a must have.And i love how the dupatta is so multipurpose,as a wrap,stole,or just for a little flow to the outfit.

Today's word is Salwar Kameez.

Shalwar kameez (also spelled salwar kameez or shalwar qameez) is a traditional dress worn by both women and men in South Asia and Central Asia. Shalwar or salwar are loose pajama-like trousers. The legs are wide at the top, and narrow at the ankle. The kameez is a long shirt or tunic. The side seams (known as the chaak), left open below the waist-line, give the wearer greater freedom of movement.
