Lessons for the drongo
Lesser Raquet-tailed Drongo :- Glossy Blue black plumage, outer tail feathers elongated like wire ending in 'raquets', giving the illusion as if the bird is pursued by a pair of bumblebees. Calls with a variety of whistles and screams, an amazing mimic.
The parent teaches the young bird the song with constant repetition, and you can hear it practising, in the trees.

Today's word is Song.
"My mother always told me, even if a song has been done a thousand times, you can still bring something of your own to it. I'd like to think I did that."
