The Orange Bicycle
White glass marking pencil on ordinary notebook paper with kalamkari cover (bought from Dwarka, Indiranagar, Bangalore). Washes of Camel watercolor orange color after the white water-resistant lines were drawn (my sister completed the washes and will claim to have painted this). Generally guessed the proportions/positioning of the wheel, handle etc. as i was drawing white on white. Reference is from a random Google image. It took 2 minutes from start to finish.
Kalyani's 'She' cycle
She had 2 support wheels then..
She had 2 support legs then..
she grew with her,she's six years old
She's a breeze without those extra wheels now..
She rides on her two wheeler now..
She'sparked always next to my car..
she stands there with pride..
took about 30 minutes.. to go down and took a snap , looked at the camera display and made a pencil sketch on Matrix artist oad, and did a loose coloring with round brush S-66 series size 12..
..i like this cycle because of its blue color .. she lost her fear in this ..and i was witness to it..

Bicycle in Pondicherry
Had drawn this bicycle few days backs, seeing some pic in internet...Instead of drawing one more time, i thought I will post this one..
Generally keep one small book, where I draw whatever I feel like..and this was one, where it was drawn..

Medium: Initial draw using Pilot pen and then applied Watercolor
Paper: Normal paper( Matrix Notebook..:))
