LOL on Vidhu's comment. Charu...this is similar to Pointillism style like Nandita mentioned. It is the easiest thing to color and utmost fun. Just add dots like this video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZgAoHgHswyk) The darker ones should be smaller dots and the lighter colors should be bigger in comparison. I leave some white space surrounding the dots. Give it a shot :)
