The earlier version was katori chaat bt for mom like us who r having fussy eater kids ,we have to keep thinking of some new and innovative ideas to entice them.so make a katori or cone like mold,stuffit v nutritious stuffing like sprouted moong dal,grated paneer,boiled potatoes ,green veggies and do the topping v onion,coriander,green mint chatni,saunth and not to forget haldiram bhujiaits yummmmmmm:p
