Singhara

Going by what Rohit says, Samosa is called Singhara in the east of India
(elsewhere its a dark color triangle fruit)
My childhood was filled with instances of eating this stealthily.
Now, with nobody minding, it doesnt taste half as good :P

    Neither. Just soaked green peas, potato mash, red chilli powder, salt filling (yummm!)

    i think type one samosa are best-------and look at thisso delicious,seems kallu halvai ki shop sey aaya hai.na na prabha mam ki watercolor sey:)
